Meet Lila Albright

My name is Lila, and I recently graduated from Bucknell University in May 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Markets, Innovation, and Design. During my time at Bucknell, I developed my professional skills through various design processes and marketing courses.

My passion for marketing stems from a lifetime of exposure to commercial real estate through my father, coupled with my love for fashion. From a young age, I observed how strategic marketing can transform properties and drive community engagement. This early understanding instilled in me the significance of crafting distinct and unique brand strategies to differentiate businesses from their competitors. In addition to this exposure, my fascination with fashion has motivated me to explore how innovative marketing strategies can amplify the allure and success of fashion brands. I thoroughly enjoy researching marketing campaigns for fashion brands and speculating on ways they could optimize their approaches. I particularly enjoy keeping up with the brand marketing strategies of Cult Gaia, Béis, Staud, and other fashion brands. This unique blend of influences has fueled my desire to pursue a career in digital marketing.

I have extensive internship experience in the marketing field, including my most recent role as a Marketing Intern at the Knox Street Retail Collection in Dallas. There, I gained hands-on experience in luxury digital marketing and product promotions. I learned to develop unique marketing approaches to cater to the diverse needs of each retailer and restaurant in the area. Some of my previous internships focused on enhancing social media platforms for high-end boutique retailers. During my time at South Moon Under in Washington, D.C., I developed my photography skills for e-commerce, which prepared me for an internship at ‘Be On Park,’ a high-end jewelry boutique in Winter Park, Florida, where I further refined my Adobe Photoshop skills.
